Meeto Child Safety Standards

Meeto is an 18+ dating and social app. This page states Meeto's standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), how we respond to it, and how to report a concern.

1. Who can use Meeto

• Meeto is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Date of birth is collected and verified at profile creation, and accounts found to belong to a minor are removed.
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor — real or fictional, including AI-generated or drawn depictions of a minor — is strictly prohibited, whether posted as a profile photo, in a bio, in chat, or anywhere else in the app.

2. Reporting a concern

Every profile in Meeto has a Report option, reachable from that profile's menu. Reports are reviewed by our team. If what you're reporting involves a child, choose "Inappropriate photos" or "Other" and describe the concern — our reviewers prioritize anything indicating CSAE.

You can also block a user at any time — from Profile → Block — so they can no longer see your profile or contact you.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first, in addition to reporting it to us.

3. What happens after a report

• Reports are reviewed by our team as a priority.
• Content or accounts confirmed to involve CSAE/CSAM are removed immediately, and the responsible account is permanently banned.
• Where required by law, confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, and to relevant local law enforcement, in line with our legal obligations as an online service provider.
